Needles Don't Hurt
The standard Chinese acupuncture needle is no thicker than a couple
of strands of hair. And Japanese needles are even thinner, but just as
effective. These needles are too thin and flexible to bring harm or discomfort
to the patient when applied by highly trained acupuncturists. Additionally,
by employing Japanese needling techniques, the whole experience by the
patient should be comfortable and even relaxing.
Lorraine Harris is trained in Traditional Japanese Acupuncture. She
